Most insurance companies will cover on-line counseling or otherwise known as telehealth. If you are unsure if your insurance does but would like to receive on-line counseling, our office will be glad to answer that question for you. You will just need to provide your insurance information to our front office staff.
All copays for telehealth sessions are to be made the day prior to your scheduled appointment by 3pm or your appointment will need to be rescheduled. You can call our office to submit payment via phone or use the PayPal link on our Pay Online page.
All telehealth visits are scheduled during our normal operating hours the same as in office appointments. You can speak with our scheduling staff to set this appointment up at any time!
All video sessions are held through our HIPAA compliant Google Meets server. All you need to have is an active Email address for your counselor to contact you.
