During the covid-19 pandemic most insurances are covering telehealth visits. If you are unsure if your insurance does, please provide your information to our scheduling staff and we will be able to provide you with this information.


All copays for telehealth sessions are to be made the day prior to your scheduled appointment by 3pm or your appointment will need to be rescheduled. You can call our office to submit payment via phone or use the PayPal link on our Pay Online page.


All telehealth visits are scheduled during our normal operating hours the same as in office appointments. You can speak with our scheduling staff to set this appointment up at any time!


All video sessions are held through our HIPAA compliant Google Meets server. All you need to have is an active Email address for your counselor to contact you. If you would like to have your session via telephone that is an option as well.
